ARRIVAL
You will find us at Clemens-Wenzeslaus-Strasse 3 in Oberstdorf. Our reception is staffed until around 4:30 p.m. For later arrivals, we arrange access via our key safe. For guests arriving by train, we recommend taking a taxi from Oberstdorf station to our property. Upon presentation of the receipt, we will reimburse the cost. The train journey from Kempten to Oberstdorf is already free of charge with the Mobilpass Allgäu.
PARKING
We offer 13 above-ground parking spaces and 6 stack garage spaces with vehicle restrictions for your cars. There are also three charging options available for electric cars. For parking arrangements, please provide us with your car model, license plate, and let us know if you will be traveling with a roof box. We reserve parking spaces according to vehicle size. A maximum of one parking space per apartment is available to you.
ROOM SERVICE
We do not offer a daily room service to avoid disturbances. However, we can change your towels and bed linens upon request. For stays of 5 days or more, we offer interim cleaning by arrangement.
SERVICE STATION
Each apartment features a service station with kitchen appliances. These include two hotplates, a microwave with grill function, a countertop dishwasher, a mini fridge, a portafilter coffee machine, a kettle, a sink, and a small selection of cookware and dishes. The kitchenette is suitable for preparing small snacks but not for regular cooking.
SKI ROOM / BIKE ROOM
In winter, the hotel has a heated ski room for drying your ski equipment. In summer you can park your bikes here, sockets for charging e-bikes are available.
DOGS
One quiet dog per apartment is welcome upon request in the apartments 201 to 207 on the first floor. The price covers the cleaning effort and does not include food, bowls, beds, or mountain railway tickets. Dogs are not allowed in the breakfast room during breakfast, in the lounge, in the wellness area, or on the sun terrace. You are welcome to take your breakfast to the apartment if your pet does not want to stay alone, bring them to the breakfast terrace in summer, or leave them with us at the reception. We kindly ask for your understanding.
OBERSTDORF SUMMER/WINTER
MOBIL PASS ALLGÄU
The MOBIL PASS ALLGÄU is the public transport guest ticket available from November 12th for overnight guests in the Oberallgäu. With this pass, guests can use buses and trains not only within the Oberallgäu region. For more details, visit https://www.mobilpass-allgaeu.de/.
"BERGBAHN UNLIMITED"
Mountain railroad tickets for the Oberstdorf/Kleinwalsertal mountain cable cars can be booked free of charge on site during their opening hours from May to November. Unlimited mountain cable cars travel as often as you like with a view over the Allgäu Alps.
